Ingredients:
Puri- 8
Boiled Potato- 30 gm
Chopped Onion-20 gm
Salt- As per taste
Lemon Juice- As per Taste
Chaat Masala- ¼ tsp
Green Chutney- 15 ml (As per Taste)
Tamarind Chutney- 20 ml (As per Taste)
Chopped Tomato- For Garnish
Sev- 30 gm
Chopped Coriander- For Garnish
Method:
Take a plate, place 8 puris on it.
Take the boiled potato and place some on each puri.
Add the chopped onion on each puri
Sprinkle the salt over each puri
Add the green chutney and the tamarind chutney to the puris
Add the sev to each of the puri
Add the lemon juice over each puri and the chaat masala
Garnish with chopped tomato and chopped coriander.
